my dear, judith, i still wale up terrified;even w/counseling;;i am fighting, tho...this won't get me as it has since i was a teen;it is nery difficult;i will not give in & kill myself, tho have been there;i shall not;i will not hurt thoose who lonnnve me like that( i have lost 5 ppl to suicide...i shall not do that, i promisee everyone!)
